Worcestershire County Council Arts Funding 2008 - An Update
All 3 schemes will have a one application deadline, this will be the case every year.Grants for the Arts - strategic grants (Over £5,000) & Inroads – development grants (Up to £5,000)
In order to make the funding awards as early as possible in the new financial year the deadline for applications for Grants for the Arts and Inroads will be Friday 25th January. Applicants will hear if they have been successful by early Spring and receive their funding in April.
First Base (Up to £500)
First Base will be re-launched later in the year in line with a new WCC grants system.
There will only be one application deadline each year.
In 2008 the First Base deadline will be at the end of April (date to be decided) with grants being awarded by the end of June.
Applications will be available on the County Council's website from mid-March 2008.
