Offer - half-day assistance from the WCC Community Leadership Team
Dear VCS Organisation/Group,We are currently looking for an organisation that may have a mini-project that would benefit from some support. The County Council’s Community Leadership Management Team is offering to give a half a day to assist in a community project. This would be on a Saturday morning and they hope it would involve something practical, hands on, and worthwhile. Maybe clearing gardens or painting rooms.
This seems an excellent opportunity to:
· involve decision making County Council employees in the ‘nut and bolts’ of your work
· show them the value of your organisation and how it benefits the community
· introduce them to the community we serve
