Liberating Leadership is an empowering and accessible new approach to leadership that will be a powerful resource for change in our communities.
It is about recognising and supporting leadership in networks and neighbourhoods, street events and sports clubs, parishes and partnerships, temples and tenants associations, festivals and fetes, music group and mosques.
The practical two-day residential programme will enable development workers to help local groups to recognise and grow their leadership role. It’s an ideal opportunity to network and expand your own skills.
The training programme is being delivered in the 9 English regions during 2010. The West Midlands event takes place on 8/9 February at Fircroft College, Birmingham.
