LEADER Funding Opportunities
Worcestershire has recently been awarded Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE) funding to run the Worcestershire LEADER Programme.
The programme runs until March 2013 and projects can apply for up to £75,000 over 3 years. To qualify projects must benefit populations in the rural wards of Malvern Hills, Wyre Forest and Wychavon.
There are opportunities to apply for funding under 4 measures, listed below:
• Measure 321 - Basic services for the rural economy and population
• Measure 322 – Village renewal and development
• Measure 323 – Conservation and upgrading of rural heritage
• Measure 331 – Training and information
The Leader Project are particularly interested in inviting applications under Measures 323 and 321.
