Integrated Working Programme
Please find below the Dec 07/Jan 08 edition of the Integrated Working Programme (IWP) Newsletter.
The Integrated Working Programme (incorporating Common Assessment Framework) focuses on enabling and encouraging professionals to work together and to adopt common processes to deliver frontline services, coordinated and built around the needs of children and young people. The newsletter gives you the latest news, including information on our very first Common Assessment.
Training for the programme is already underway and phase 1 (Tenbury, Pershore and Redditch) are now 'live' ('Live' means practitioners are trained and are now implementing the Common Assessment Framework)'
Important Training Information
CAF PRACTITIONER TRAINING
Due to the huge response to these courses, excellent take up of the Integrated Working Programme Briefings and a review of the training materials, we have been able to compress the CAF practitioner training course to a single day. This means we have split the groups so participants only have to attend one day in a much smaller group.
For information on the CAF Briefings and Training either visit our website www.worcestershire.gov.uk/iwp, e-mail caftraining@worcestershire.gov.uk or contact Kay Harris on 01905 766082.
