Expressions of interest in tariff based contracts for stop smoking
I am writing to inform you that adverts are now placed inviting expressions of interest for tariff based contracts to provide stop smoking services and stop smoking in pregnancy services. Please see the adverts attached.
There is a separate expression of interest for the Stop Smoking Service contract and for the Stop Smoking in Pregnancy contract. Please follow the instructions in the adverts if you wish to formally express an interest for either or both contracts. For contracts commencing 1st April 2011, the deadline for receipt of completed accreditation questionnaires is 17:00 on 30th November 2010.
