Continuation of the Children's Fund
The Children's Fund Management Board have approved the criteria and time-scale for the next round of grants. These have been incorporated within the County Council's Shopping, Investing and Giving framework and the grants will be for two and a half years starting in October. Applications are open now and close on 30th April. Full details and application form are on the the county council website www.worcestershire.gov.uk/voluntaryThe guidance notes attached highlight three cross-cutting themes and the 10 priorities in the Children and Young People's Plan and also give the criteria for the decision making process. The closing date is 4pm 30th April and the board will meet regularly over the following few weeks to look at the applications and to support groups in developing their applications. The board will aim to make its decisions by 18th June so that those successful groups can be informed by 30th June.
