Connecting to Opportunities Funding Programme

Worcestershire has been successfully awarded £880,000 over next four years. The current fund, available for this interim period, is £45,000 and because of the short time scale the organisations are requested to submit Expression of Interest Forms by 19th January 2010. Successful applicants for this round, besides fulfilling the criteria, will primarily be selected on the basis of the pace of the commencement of project delivery. The successful organisations will be asked to submit the Full Application by 26th January 2010.
The project will primarily focus on helping/supporting following client groups:
· People on Incapacity Benefits
· Lone Parents
· Ex – Offenders
Please note the limited time for expressions of interest/applications has been noted and unavoidable, future timescales will be increased to aid applications.
Please note: for this phase only the requirement for an expression of interest has been waived. Therefore the previous deadline of 19th January 2010 is now void. Full Application by 26th January 2010.
