A new course has been made available in the Safeguarding Children e-Academy Learning Management System. Please advise colleagues in your partner agencies who may be interested.
Common Core of Skills and Knowledge
Aim of course
This module is designed to be relevant for all staff, paid and voluntary, working with children and young people. It is based around the Common Core of Skills and Knowledge and the CWDC induction standards.

Understanding your Role
Health and Safety
Effective Communication
Understanding the development of children and young people
An Introduction to Safeguarding Children
Members that have not purchased this course are entitled to 5, 10 or 20 free licences (depending on their membership terms). The LMS administrator should create a new group called n Free Licences CCSK, and allocate the courses to interested parties from these groups.
